VR Medical Billing Services operates vrmedicalbillingservices.com from Suwanee, Georgia and works with medical practices across the United States.

When you contact us

Our consultation form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. A submission is sent to our business email inbox. We use those details to answer your inquiry and discuss the services you ask about. If you email us directly, we receive the information you put in that email.

This website is for business inquiries. Do not send patient names, medical records, diagnoses, claim numbers or insurance member details through the form or our public email links.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand page visits and basic site interactions. GA4 may use first-party cookies and collect browser and device information, approximate location and pages visited. When our contact form reports a successful submission, the site sends GA4 a lead event; it does not include the form field values in that event. We do not intentionally send patient information to GA4.

Service providers and retention

Our website hosting and email providers handle the information needed to deliver and answer business inquiries. Google processes site usage information for Analytics. We keep business inquiry emails for 12 months after receiving them, then delete them. Analytics information is retained according to our GA4 settings.
